J.J. Abrams has been shaking a few things out of his ‘mystery box’ of late.
The Star Wars Episode VII director has been showing off sets and effects to get us all pumped for the long-awaited return to a galaxy far far away. His latest is a look at a new X-Wing fighter, which has a couple of tweaks from the one Luke Skywalker flew in the original trilogy, most notably a blue stripe in lieu of red.
Abrams’ tease is connected to a UNICEF campaign called Force for Change, in which t-shirts, set visits and preview screenings of the new Star Wars are being offered for contributions. With about a year and a half to go before Episode VII’s release, the Force is strong with this tease.
