Though Donald Trump continues to slam the Bush family, it’s Ted Cruz that appears to irk former President George W. Bush. “I just dont like the guy,” Bush reportedly said Sunday night at a fundraiser for his brother Jeb Bush in Denver. Citing six donors at the event, Politico reported Bush called Cruz’s support of Trump “opportunistic,” characterizing his bid for the Republican presidential nomination as one for personal gain. Cruz, who served as a domestic policy adviser for Bush on his 2000 campaign, ripped the former president’s record and criticized elements of his foreign policy in a book published this year.
