A suspect was arrested late Saturday night in connection with the shooting at a shopping mall in Washington state the night before. At least five people are confirmed dead after a gunman opened fire inside the makeup department of a Burlington, Wash. Macy’s store. Arcan Cetin, 20, was arrested 30 miles away from the crime scene. Cetin, who is an American citizen, is a native of Turkey and a recent high school graduate. Authorities are unable to identify a motive, and said there is no evidence that the shooting was a terrorist act. Multiple people have called police claiming to be the shooter, Washington State Patrol Spokesman Sgt. Mark Francis said.
