Walker Fundraises on Rudy’s Obama Hate

Gov. Scott Walker of Wisconsin won’t say whether or not he agrees with Rudy Giuliani’s assertion that President Obama doesn’t love America, but he is willing to ask for money in a fundraising email denouncing the “liberal media.” In the message asking for “$10 or $100 or $1,000 or whatever amount is right for you,” Walker’s campaign committee reiterates that he won’t comment on Obama’s feelings toward America because he considers it a “distraction.” (Walker on Saturday said he didn’t know if Obama was a Christian.) “Now is the time to stand up against the publicity hounds and the journalistic pack, and help Governor Walker fight back,’’ it reads. “Your support will show the clueless and mindless journalistic herd that you know what matters most and that it is not the pointless minutiae that they are pushing.”
