Follow the money... there's not much of it left.. A forecast by the New York state comptroller expected Wall Street cash bonuses for 2011 to drop 14 percent. Even worse, profits are predicted to fall by 50 percent—for the second straight year. The bonuses total $19.7 billion. Here’s a number that stings: cash bonuses, on average, were over $121,000. Though the recession has ended, the forecast shows that Wall Street is still struggling.
