During an interview on a radio program on Thursday, Senator Elizabeth Warren said that she was not thrilled with the big speaking fee President Obama was receiving for an upcoming Wall Street conference this year. “Well I was troubled by that,” Warren said while she was promoting her new book. “One of the things I talk about in the book is the influence of money. I describe it as the snake that slithers through Washington.” Obama is going to deliver remarks at an event about health care hosted by Cantor Fitzgerald financial services firm to the tune of $400,000.
