Washington State Reforms Medicinal Weed

Washington Governor Jay Inslee signed a bill Friday to attempting to manage the largely unregulated medical marijuana industry in the state. The law would create a voluntary registry of patients and would eiliminate "collective gardens" that provide thousands with cannabis from legally questionable sources. Patients would instead be able to purchase medical marijuana at recreational marijuana stores.
