Disgraced film producer Harvey Weinstein’s employment contract with his firm, The Weinstein Company, included a provision requiring him to pay the company each time it had to dole out a settlement payment on his behalf for misconduct. The judge overseeing the company’s bankruptcy proceedings made it public on Tuesday.
