News you can use, for lunch: Wendy’s restaurant is unveiling a new French fry on Thursday, which is made from Russet potatoes, has the potato skin still on, and is sprinkled with sea salt. It's Wendy’s first major overhaul of its fries in 41 years, and it comes as part of the fast-food chain’s efforts to win new customers with more natural ingredients. Just because they’re more “natural,” though, doesn't mean they're any healthier: They actually have more sodium and calories, and will still arrive at the stores frozen.
