The Secret Service said a man who jumped the White House fence on Thursday will face criminal charges. Joseph Caputo, who scaled the north fence line around 2:45 p.m., prompted a lockdown at the White House and was immediately apprehended, according to a Secret Serivce statement. President Obama was celebrating Thanksgiving at the White House, according to his public schedule. Caputo’s security breach marks the third time someone has jumped the White House fence this year.
