Mark Zuckerberg may soon have to unfriend President Obama: The White House will ask Congress on Wednesday to pass a “privacy bill of rights” that would protect Americans’ Web surfing from data-gathering companies. The White House’s request would require companies to ask users’ permission to use their data for purposes other than the one it was collected for. It also wants the rules to be enforceable.
