Woman Allegedly Stole Lobsters for Drugs

Add this one to the #Florida list. A woman reportedly stole seven lobster tails from a supermarket in Deland, Florida last week by shoving them down her pants. For some reason, Nichole Ann Reed continued walking around the Publix supermarket even after she had hidden the $83.99 in lobsters on her person. When police stopped her an hour later, she said she was planning to to trade the lobsters with her friend for a Chinese buffet or the pain medication Dilaudid. Publix apparently has extremely lax security around its shellfish. Heisman trophy winner Jameis Winston stole crab legs from a Publix supermarket in April.
