According to a court filing, his girlfriend no longer wants to press charges against Zimmerman after she accused him of pointing a long-barreled shotgun at her, which resulted in charges of aggravated assault, battery, and criminal mischief in November. In her court filing, she wrote that he "never pointed a gun at or toward my face in a threatening manner," and wants to get back together with him.
