Heavy flooding in Georgia’s capital Tbilisi has left 12 people dead and large animals on the loose after escaping from the zoo. The missing animals include tigers, ions, bears, and wolves. A hippopotamus was found in one of the city’s squares and brought down with tranquilizers. Three zookeepers are believed to be among the dead.
