Zooey Deschanel is mad and she’s not going to take it anymore. The indie actress and songstress is suing Steve Madden for $2 million, claiming the popular shoe company never paid her for an endorsement deal, TMZ exclusively reports. Deschanel and Madden signed a $1.5 million agreement in August 2010, according to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles on Friday. The She & Him singer says she stayed true to their agreement, which included turning down other offers, but claims she never received any of the money in the papers. According to the lawsuit, Deschanel was also promised a percentage of the profits if sales reached a certain level, which she claims she also never received. TMZ could not reach Steve Madden for comment.
