Imagine that, the co-founders of the biggest college phenomenon of the last decade supporting a pro-marijuana measure. Facebook co-founders Sean Parker and Dustin Moskovitz have donated a total of $170,000 to back Proposition 19, the measure to legalize marijuana in California. Neither, however, is still working at Facebook, though both retain ownership stakes of the company, whose total value is estimated in excess of $33 billion. Parker was Facebook’s first president and has become more familiar to the public at large thanks to The Social Network, where he was played by Justin Timberlake. The pot measure’s main backer is the medical marijuana entrepreneur Richard Lee, who has donated around $1.5 million, and the only other six-figure donation has come from adult-entertainment entrepreneur Phil Harvey, who gave $100,000.
