CIA Chief Leon Panetta says the public will eventually see a photo of Osama bin Laden's body, though the White House still says it's debating whether to release one. "The government obviously has been talking about how best to do this, but I don't think there's—there was any question that ultimately a photograph would be presented to the public," Panetta said in an interview with NBC's Brian Williams on Tuesday. The White House has cited concerns that the photos are quite gruesome and their release could inflame Islamic extremists. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid U.S. officials say facial reconnection software and DNA testing prove the body was bin Laden's, but Afghan Taliban on Tuesday called reports of bin Laden's death “premature,” saying the United States had yet to prove it. "But the bottom line is that, you know, we got Bin Laden and I think we have to reveal to the rest of the world the fact that we were able to get him and kill him,” said Panetta.
