When matched up against President Obama in Virginia, all of his potential Republican rivals are losing, according to a new Quinnipiac poll. The president is beating frontrunner Mitt Romney 50 percent to 42 percent and Rick Santorum 49 percent to 40 percent. Former speaker of the House Newt Gingrich is really trailing in the state where he lives, losing to Obama 54–35, though it doesn't much matter since he didn't qualify for the ballot for his own state's primary.
