A pair of car bombs in the Syrian province of Hama killed 18, including 11 children, according to state media. A suicide bomber had detonated a booby-trapped car in the town of Jidreen, which also injured 50 others. No group has taken responsibility for the attacks but the government blames “terrorists.”
