The co-owner of the Four Seasons restaurant was arrested and charged Wednesday for allegedly sexually abusing a 28-year-old woman at a party at the New York restaurant, police said. Julian Niccolini, 62, surrendered to police with his lawyer and was arraigned later in Manhattan Criminal Court on a single felony count of sexual abuse. Niccolini proclaimed he was “not guilty” as he left the court with his wife and daughter. The woman said she had been “sexually attacked” by Niccolini “with such force that he ripped her bra open and caused significant scratch marks on her back and bruising on her hip,” according to the complaint.
