Police arrested one person in connection to the bombing in Istanbul that killed at least nine German tourists and injured 15 other people Tuesday. Police reportedly raided a home in an affluent neighborhood of Istanbul and detained a woman suspected of having links to ISIS; it is unclear if she is the suspect thought to have been involved in the attack. Turkish officials also arrested 13 alleged Islamic State fighters on Wednesday, including three Russians. The suicide bomber responsible for the attack was identified as a 28-year-old Syrian man with ties to ISIS who entered Turkey recently as a refugee.
