Obamacare underwent its second day of Supreme Court scrutiny Tuesday, as conservative justices took aim at the individual-mandate portion of the bill. Justice Anthony Kennedy, whose vote may tip the balance, said the measure went “a step beyond” what prior rulings had allowed, and Justice Antonin Scalia questioned whether or not a government that could force its citizens to buy health insurance could force them to buy any product. The court is scheduled to hear its third and final day of argument on the law Wednesday.
