Users can denote if they are donors, share stories.
What's too much to share online? Facebook announced on Tuesday that its members can now denote on their profiles whether they are organ donors and share stories about their donation experiences. Company officials say the move is a way to help spread awareness of how important organ donation is. The website, however, can't help users become a donor. Users still have to register with the appropriate state agency. Organ donation organizations have heralded the move, saying it will help get more people talking about becoming organ donors.
