Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, Houston Texans owner Bob McNair are reportedly among the NFL team owners who will have to turn over cell-phone and email records as part of free-agent quarterback Colin Kaepernick’s collusion case against the league. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Friday that the three owners are among those who will be deposed as part of the case, which alleges that the league’s owners colluded to not sign Kaepernick for the 2017 season because of his role in starting a wave of players kneeling during the national anthem to protest police brutality.
