Volcano Ash Shutters Indonesia Airports

Transport officials said volcanic activity has led to the closure of five airports in Indonesia until at least Friday 11 a.m. ET., stranding tourists in Bali. Mount Raung in East Java erupted and has been spewing ash for nearly a week, canceling flights at airports including Bali's Denpasar airport. The four other airports affected are the International Airport and Selaparang Airport in Lombox, Blimbingsari Airport in Banyuwangi, East Java and Notohadinegoro Airport in Jember, East Java.
