Arkansas’s governor Asa Hutchinson has joined two other states in attempting to have the Department of Human Services end all Medicaid contracts with Planned Parenthood. Hutchinson stated that the organization “does not represent the values of the people of our state.” The decision came after anti-abortion activist groups released videos of fetal tissue research. The feds have already warned Alabama and Louisiana that this tactic violates federal law.
