The prosecuting attorney in the case to determine if Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson will be charged for killing Michael Brown slammed the rumors and speculation surrounding the grand jury’s deliberations. Robert McCulloch slammed the “daily, if not hourly” gossip as to when the St. Louis County grand jury will determine whether to file charges against Wilson. “Rank speculation should be ignored,” he said. He said nothing has changed since he said in a press release this month that the grand jury would reach a decision on Wilson by mid- to late November. The Justice Department already said last month that it was unlikely to charge Wilson with civil-rights violations.
