Two people were killed and almost two dozen more injured after an 18-vehicle pileup on a Pennsylvania highway on Thursday. The crash, on Interstate 80 in Clarion Township, occurred during a snow squall that left drivers with little visibility. Nine trucks and nine cars were involved. Two victims died after leaving their vehicles; one was struck and the other collapsed and died of internal injuries while looking for his children, who were found unharmed.
