If there was any doubt in our minds over whether Chris Brown should be allowed in public settings, this just about seals it. The rapper got into a confrontation with a parking attendant over a $10 fee after a charity function he attended in Los Angeles last night. TMZ posted footage of the fight, which shows a member of his crew trying to calm Brown down, saying, "We got the money, don't worry about it," and Brown yelling, "F--k ass 10 dollars!" It's unclear whether he paid the attendant. Brown has an April 5 court date over allegations that he faked the community sentence he was ordered to do after allegedly assaulting Rihanna in 2009.
