TOP 10 RIGHT NOW
The body overseeing Egypt's presidential election ejected 10 candidates from the race Saturday, including some of the top Islamist candidates. One of those denied held the post of deputy presidential by disgraced former president Hosni Mubarak, while another is a leading Muslim Brotherhood candidate. The head of the commission declined to explain their disqualification, but said they would have two days to appeal the decision. The election, held in May, is only the second presidential election with more than one candidate in Egypt's history.
