Sirgiorgio Clardy, 26, is an Oregon pimp who this last July was declared a dangerous offender and sentenced to 100 years in prison after using his Nike brand Jordan’s to stomp the face of a man for not paying one of his prostitutes. Now, he is suing Nike to the tune of $100 million for failing to provide a warning label that using their shoes as a weapon could cause harm to the user. "Do (sic) to the fact that these defendants named in this Tort claim failed to warn of risk or to provide an adequate warning or instruction it has caused personal injury in the likes of mental suffering," says Clardy, who also says he has tried to kill himself as a result.
