The Arab coalition alliance, comprised mostly of Saudi Arabia, is launching a probe of an air attack on a funeral procession in Sanaa, Yemen, that killed 140 people and injured 500 others. The alliance, which is backing the Yemeni government against Houthi rebels, said “its troops have clear instructions not to target populated areas.” It said it would work with the U.S. in its investigation into what happened. “The coalition will immediately investigate this case along with Joint Incidents Assessment Team in Yemen and experts from the United States who participated in previous investigations,” the coalition said.
