Those wily justices! In a much-anticipated "orders list" released on Monday, America’s top judges revealed...nothing...about their intentions to take up gay-marriage cases. The Supremes had met on Friday to discuss whether to hear a challenge (or two) to the U.S. Defense of Marriage Act, and court watchers thought they'd tip their hand in Monday's announcement. Alas, we'll have to wait at least another week to know their decision.
