Four men are accused of raping a 9-year-old girl in Utah while her mother was smoking methamphetamine nearby. According to the local sheriff's department, the girl had fallen asleep on the couch in her mother's friend's house in Vernal, Utah. The four men, Larson RonDeau, 36; Josiah RonDeau, 20; Jerry Flatlip, 29; and Randall Flatlip, 26, then allegedly took her into another room and raped her. They have been charged with felony rape and sodomy of a child.
