A taste of 2012: Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney will headline a New Hampshire event tonight, planning a speech that is largely seen as the unofficial launch of his campaign for the state’s presidential primary in 2012. Romney, in his planned keynote address for the Carroll County Republican Lincoln-Reagan Day Dinner, will call for “a new president” and blast the current White House for creating “a deeper recession” and subjecting the nation to what he calls the “Obama Misery Index.” Obama, Romney plays to say, “has “wrapped businesses in red tape” and halted a recovery.
