Sure beats a self-produced Web show: Hollywood train wreck Charlie Sheen is in talks with media and sports mogul Mark Cuban to develop programming for Cuban’s cable network HDNet. “I reached out,” Cuban said Sunday, noting that there’s “a lot of interest” in Sheen, whose bizarre antics have gotten his hit TV show Two and a Half Men suspended by CBS. Sheen has discussed hosting a talk show or starring in a reality project, according to Cuban.
