D.C. Spars Over Wall Street Protests

The Occupy Wall Street protests are entering their fourth week, with similar demonstrations popping up in cities from Los Angeles to Nashville to Washington, D.C. As the protests spread, they're getting more attention from politicians, with second-ranking House Republican Eric Cantor calling them “mobs,” and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi firing back that, "I didn't hear him say anything when the Tea Party was out demonstrating, actually spitting on members of Congress right here in the Capitol.” The ice-cream company Ben and Jerry's became the first company to come out in support of the protests, issuing a statement expressing “our deepest admiration.”
