Prosecutors from the FBI and Justice Department are recommending that Attorney General Eric Holder indict former CIA head David Petraeus for providing classified documents to his mistress. The retired four-star general left the CIA in 2012 after it was revealed that he had an affair. He's currently teaching and working as a partner in a leading private-equity firm.
