LeBron James Signs 4-Year, $154M Deal With Los Angeles Lakers
LeBron James is now a Laker. According to his reps at the Klutch Sports Group, the basketball great has signed a four-year, $154-million contract with the Los Angeles Lakers, effectively ending his second tenure with the Cleveland Cavaliers. James has won three NBA titles—twice with the Miami Heat and once, in redemptive fashion, with his hometown Cavaliers in 2016. After a disappointing 2018 Finals sweep by the Golden State Warriors, James opted for free agency.
