Film critic Roger Ebert has issued an apology for his tweet that called out Ryan Dunn for driving drunk in his fatal car accident. In a statement on his blog, Ebert admits he does not know if Dunn drove under the influence, writing, “I don’t know what happened in this case, and I was probably too quick to tweet.” However, he clearly does not think he was entirely in the wrong. Ebert also wrote, “I do know that nobody has any business driving on a public highway at 110 mph, as some estimated…That is especially true if the driver has had three shots and three beers.”
