Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter Chelsea was found at the home of a New Jersey man who was previously arrested for dealing heroin and child endangerment, officials said Wednesday. Chelsea had been missing for the past week and police had been looking for her since Sunday. Barnegat Township police said she was found at the home of 25-year-old Steven Sheerer, who was arrested in March 2012 after police found him in a car with a woman, her children and heroin paraphernalia. He hasn't been charged in the O'Donnell case. According to O’Donnell’s website, Chelsea had last been seen Aug. 11 with her therapy dog. Chelsea was adopted by O’Donnell after biological mother Deanna Micoley allegedly signed her away under the influence of drugs in 1997. Since then, Micoley has fought O’Donnell for custody of her daughter.
