British comedian Simon Brodkin unleashed a shower of fake dollar bills on outgoing FIFA President Sepp Blatter at a press conference Monday, causing the disgraced soccer official to storm out of the event. “I just called my late mother and she said don’t worry, it’s lack of education,” Blatter said when he returned. Blatter’s successor will be decided on Feb. 26.
