A funeral service for Betty Ford was held on Tuesday at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church in Palm Desert, California, the church Ford and her husband attended. Michelle Obama went to the service, along with three other first ladies and many foreign dignitaries. Ford had planned the funeral service before she died, even deciding who would deliver her eulogy.
