The British have invaded—and they’re colonizing. Although the Top Shop franchise just opened its flagship store on Broadway, the brand is already looking to expand around New York. Sir Philip Green, the store’s owner, is scouting locations (only 50,000-square feet and up) around the island—from Union Square to the Upper West Side. “But if Top Shop really wants to take on H&M,” suggests the Observer, “might we suggest lowering the prices?”
