Against that background, Vice President Joe Biden gave a fiery stump speech in New Hampshire Monday, urging his base to "stop whining" and start getting out the vote. "Every one of these [races] is winnable," he told a crowd of activists and donors. Biden's speech is the beginning of a late push for top Democrats to get out on the campaign trail; President Obama will be holding a large rally at a college campus in Madison, Wisconsin, tomorrow.
