Mitt Romney met about 200 protesters outside New York City's Waldorf-Astoria Wednesday where he was attending a $2,500-a-plate fundraiser for his campaign. The protesters came mostly from Occupy Wall Street and union groups, and they dressed up as Champagne-drinking millionaires and hula-hooping Mitt Romneys. Later Wednesday, Fox's Megyn Kelly asked Romney about his regular inability to connect with the common American. "Guess what? I made a lot of money," he replied. "I've been very successful. I'm not going to apologize for that." He went on to blame the Democratic National Committee for the negative impression people have of him. "I know the DNC tries to push this out, and they get it on the mainstream media networks. And that's where you guys see it and everybody laughs about it, because in this country we want someone who can help other people become successful. This is a nation which is not going to choose our president based on these little innuendos and personal attacks."
