An oil train derailed in Wisconsin on Sunday, spilling crude and prompting an evacuation—a second major rail accident in the state over the weekend. At least 10 cars went off the tracks around 2 p.m. as the train was heading east through Watertown, according to Canadian Pacific spokesman Jeremy Berry. No injuries or fires were reported, but the train was leaking oil. The Canadian Pacific accident came just a day after a fuel train derailed in western Wisconsin, sending 25 BNSF train cars off the tracks and spilling thousands of gallons of ethanol.
