Could Dominique Strauss-Kahn actually face some justice? A panel of French judges will tell the former International Monetary Fund chief that they’ve concluded that he was an “instigator” in a French sex ring, according to a report published in Le Figaro on Friday. Strauss-Kahn, 63, has been charged with voluntarily participating in sex parties hosted by prostitutes. DSK maintains his innocence, claiming that while he did attend these parties, he did not know the women were prostitutes. The judges reportedly plan to use the women’s clothing—“as provocative as it was vulgar”—to back up the ruling. Once considered a top contender for the French presidency, Strauss-Kahn now faces up to 20 years in prison.
