Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf announced that the minimum wage in the state for government employees and workers contracted for state jobs will be raised to $10.15 an hour. Wages have been set at $7.25 an hour, as is the case in 20 other states. The legislature has not considered a measure to make this increase mandatory for all employees in the state.
