Honda owners, watch out! The National Insurance Crime Bureau has released its annual Hot Wheels report, and for the fourth year in a row, the 1994 Honda Accord tops the list. The report ranks the most-stolen cars in the United States, rounding out the top three with the 1998 Honda Civic and the full-size 2006 Ford pickup. Although late-model cars are safer from thieves because of more sophisticated key-code technology, the report noted that thieves are becoming more savvy and stealing those cars too. The report also noted there’s one day your car isn’t likely to be stolen: Christmas Day, although New Year’s Day has the most stolen cars.
